ReplyDeleteI have a feeling that both Dave and Lynsey wish they could talk again. They could get to know more things from their friends. I bet it's really hard for them because they both like talking so much. They probably think that not talking is really boring.

This would change the the book because sugar would be talking about her family rather then talking about not having family. Sugar then wouldn't have to have her teachers take care of her.Sugar would have the best family ever.

Greg's wish would be that he could hang out with Holly Hills who he has a crush on. If Greg and Holly were dating Greg would be popular, and that's the moral of the story -- that he's not popular. It would change the book because he isn't popular. He would betray his best friend Rowley because he is hanging out with the cool kids and not the uncool kids.

If Arrietty had one wish it would be that she was normal size. She could read to the boy without having to ask him to turn the page. They wouldn't have to live in a hole, they could live in a regular house. The book wouldn't be as interesting if it was about another normal family.
